Our stationery, like most of our desktop themes and screen savers and wallpapers and other items (see www.come2mum.com), is absolutely free for you to download, except where otherwise stated. (There are some of our items which are restricted to donations or shareware, to help pay the server costs in order for us to give out the free stuff and feed the cats, LOL!)

A lot of work goes into the creating of the graphics and the stationery, and they are uniquely "ours"; and so we do require that before you download, you agree to abide by the following courtesies, ethics, and copyrights.

These stationeries and letter styles have been designed by Maverick Ultra-Media ThemeCloud9/ScreenCraft, either entirely, or using licensed sources and enhancing the graphics ourselves. Copyright for these final images remains with us; copyright for original images remains with the original designer.

The file is downloaded in its entirety as a single unit, including the HTML file (OE Stationery) or the Incredimail Letter Style file (both copyright to us), the image itself (copyright us or licensed to us), and the music (licensed to us by legitimate sources, or to best of our knowledge in the public domain, as the case may be). You may not claim any part in any way or form to be your own, and you MAY NOT redesign it in ANY way! If you are feeling creative, please make your own, from scratch - don't adjust ours.

You may not disassemble the unit downloaded to be separated for any other purpose; it is licensed to you to be used in a personal private capacity only, for use in your emails. You may not distribute it (i.e. hand it out to others) in part or as a whole file in any way whatsoever, in whole or in part, including from a web site, or include it on any medium at all, including a CD or diskettes. You may not make any profit from it. You may only use it as anyone would use email stationery; you are not responsible for what the recipient does with it from there - we can only hope they behave ethically too. :-) (This rule is specifically aimed at people who make collections of their own and then put them on a web site or CD and distribute them in this way.)

GROUP SHARING: Letter Styles may be used for "sharing" on email groups, and we understand that they are then imported into recipients' Incredimail programs. This is fine, but the same rules as above apply to each person who imports them (hopefully they will see the credit and visit our site and read this Terms Of Usage page, LOL!) - of course we understand no-one can control this in another person, and that there are unknowledgeable people out there, or people who disrespect ethics and courtesies, and we don't hold anyone responsible for someone else's misuse. We just ask that wherever possible when misuse is spotted, you teach that person about netiquette and copyright. Thank you :-)

USING THE BACKGROUND IMAGES FROM OE STATIONERIES: You may use the images as web site backgrounds in their unchanged state (i.e. don't remove or add anything to the graphic), provided that you include on each page where our graphics appear, a text or graphic link to ThemeCloud9 as follows (you can cut and paste this into your page's HTML if you like):
